Types of Possession

Types of Jinn possession and its affects on humans 1. A total Possession The Jinn possesses the whole body of a person such as the one who suffers from seizures and loses conciousness fully and cant remember or recall anything of what happened to him 2. أفطرَ الحاجمُ والمحجومُ .

 أولُ ما كُرِهَتِ  الحجامةُ  للصائمِ ، أن جعفرَ بنَ أبي طالبٍ احتجم وهو صائمٌ ، فمر به النبيُّ صلى اللهُ عليهِ وسلَّمَ فقال : أفطر هذان ، ثم  رخَّصَ  النبيُّ صلى اللهُ عليهِ وسلَّمَ بعد للصائمِ في  الحجامةِ  ، وكان أنسٌ يحتجمُ وهو صائمٌ . The first time the Hujamah was  disliked , was when Jafar Ibn Abi Taleb  got Hujamah done when he was fasting, so the Prophet ﷺ ordered him them both to break their fasts, then later on  the Prophet ﷺ  gave a consecetion to the person that got done Hujamah when fasting, and Anas would get Hujamah done when fasting. نهى عن بيع الغرر forbade al Ghrar

Insurance is a transaction that involves ambiguity, and transactions that involve ambiguity are forbidden according to sharee’ah.  Muslim (1513) narrated from Abu Hurayrah (may Allaah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) forbade gharar (ambiguous) transactions.   Gharar in Arabic means a risk which is not certain; it may happen or not, such as selling fish in the water or birds in the air, because the purchaser may or may not get it.   Al-Azhari said: Gharar transactions include any transactions in which something is not known.  

Conditions in buying & selling

1-Mutual Consent:  Allah says:    إِلَّا أَنْ تَكُونَ تِجَارَةً عَنْ تَرَاضٍ مِنْكُمْ ۚ  except it be a trade amongst you, by mutual consent. [Anissa: 29] The Prophet ﷺ said: Selling should be only by mutual consent. (Ibn Majah) 2- Being free, having reached puberty, being legally accountable, and being sane. 3-Being the owner (of the commodity or the money) or a representative of the owner: The Prophet ﷺ said: Do not sell what you do not have (or possess). [Atirmidhi] Al-Wazir said: Scholars agree that it’s permissible for a Muslim to sell whatever is not present with him or whatever he does not possess, and then goes out to buy that thing for his customer, for this is a void trade transaction.
